So much respect and gratitude for Kel-Aire! I cannot recommend this company enough. The furnace/heater on my rental property started to die a few weeks before Christmas. I was overwhelmed with inconsistent information and quotes. A friend recommended that I call Kel-Aire. Talking to Robert was like talking to family. Within hours of my initial call Robert was at the location, assessing issues and formulating replacement/repair strategies. He gave me great information and was clear, consistent, responsive and upbeat/positive. Multiple options and scenarios were discussed throughout the entire process. He remained polite and friendly as I asked a million questions to gain clarity and expressed my needs/concerns. I live 90 miles away from the location. Clear communication and responsive texts and phone calls were more important than ever. Robert and the Kel-Aire crew more than exceeded my expectations. Ultimately, what could have been a costly full replacement for thousands of dollars ended up being an affordable repair, and this was NOT by accident. Robert and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND to keep this job affordable, as well as completed PROPERLY. This was appreciated and crucial with the onset of cold temperatures and the holiday right around the corner. The job was not simple or easy, and required additional trips and specialized labor. Robert and his staff at Kel-Aire got the job done and still honored my original quote. When I eventually replace the heating unit and upgrade (Knock on wood-in a few years) I will not trust anyone but Robert and Kel-Aire with the job! Thank you so much.
